"Unfortunately I had less than happy experiance with this agency. They will not answer questions. They will not call back when you leave a message. When renewal came up I checked their rates which were much higher than Allstate. I requested that they not renew my policies. It was only after I told them not to renew that they called to try and "get my rates down" and "make sure ALLSTATE was a good company, lol. When I received my cancellation letter from State Farm it had the date of 10/5. The policy expires on 10/6. I asked the agent why the difference in dates. I did not want to be without insurance for 24 hours. They gave me a run around and told me it was correct. I eventually had to call the 800 number for customer service at State Farm to get them to cancel my policies correctly and file a complaint on this agency. State Farm called the agent to find out why and had them correct the issue to cancel on 10/6. Simple questions gets you a run around with this agency. The only straight answers I could get was from State Farm itself. State Farm is great this agent is terrible."
